Shipping policy

Order Processing Times

Your order will be shipped out within 3-7 business days, although most orders are processed sooner. You will be notified, along with a tracking number, when your order is dispatched.

Delivery 

We ship the most economical way, usually by UPS, Canada Post, Purolator, DHL, or Canpar/Loomis. We use UPS or FedEx for overseas. Please specify if another method is preferred.

International Orders

International shipments will be subject to your country's customs fees. We do not hold responsibility for any such fees incurred. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been shipped.

Order Tracking

All of our shipped orders are tracked. An email will be sent to you with the tracking number once the shipment takes place.
