Artwork Specifications Guidelines

At TRU Supply Company, we aim to ensure your custom BioThane® strap orders are printed with precision and consistency. Please review the following specifications before submitting artwork.

File Requirements
Accepted Formats: PDF, PSD, JPG, PNG, Illustrator EPS, Illustrator AI
Resolution: Minimum 300 dpi
Color Space: CMYK or RGB (please note: a slight color shift may occur when converting to CMYK)

⚠️ Printed artwork may appear slightly darker than on-screen due to display differences.

Artwork Dimensions
Length Matching

Artwork must match the requested strap length:

26" strap → artwork length = 26"
39" strap → artwork length = 39"
78" strap → artwork length = 78"
Width Matching

Artwork height must match the selected strap width:

3/8" width → 0.375" height
1/2" width → 0.50" height
5/8" width → 0.625" height
3/4" width → 0.75" height
1" width → 1" height
1.5" width → 1.5" height
2" width → 2" height

Wholesale Option (100 FT)
Offered at wholesale pricing.
Requires a seamless repeating pattern tile (1:1 ratio).
100 FT is divided into 15 strips of 6.5 FT (78 inches) each.
Designs must be non-directional to avoid visible misalignment.
Avoid structured scenes, borders, or solid lines requiring precise placement.

Artwork Quality
Fine lines and intricate details with minimal contrast may be less prominent when printed on BioThane®.
If artwork dimensions are inaccurate, our team will contact you for corrections.

Ownership & Usage Rights
You affirm sole ownership of submitted artwork, created or licensed appropriately.
You grant TRU Supply Company permission to print your artwork as directed.
If TRU Supply Company creates the design, we retain sole rights, and it will be exclusively printed through us for all future orders.

Exclusivity & Liability
TRU Supply Company will use your artwork exclusively and not offer it to third parties.
You consent to indemnify and hold harmless TRU Supply Company, its directors, officers, agents, employees, and assigns, against any claims, liability, loss, and damage arising from your inability to prove the validity of the above statements and/or related to artwork ownership.

Marketing Consent

You consent to TRU Supply Company using representations of your artwork in promotional and marketing efforts.
